NA NA NA NA NA NA NA NA, BLACK MAN!

Watching footage of explosions, especially nuclear ones. Yes, I agree that they are terrible weapons that hopefully will never be used again, but I can't deny that the detonation looks really cool:

It looks like a giant fiery soap bubble.

7:47 That cone-shaped condensation cloud though.

If anyone ever wondered where that big ass explosion from Spongebob comes from, it was actually footage from a nuclear test at Bikini Atoll in the Mashall Islands in 1946.

Might be weird to say, but that explosion looks actually kinda cute at 0:54, like a giant fluffy snowball wearing a fiery crown.

The way your ship in Pikmin slowly gets put together bit by bit. How it starts as a bent up skeleton of a ship and each time you reach a milestone there's a little animation of additional pieces repairing themselves.
I dunno, there's just something really satisfying to me about intricate machines that look beyond repair still putting themselves back together somehow. Kinda like how in Portal 2 when GlaDOS reboots.

One of the reasons I always stepped out of the car at the petrol station as a kid when my parents refilled the car. :wariocaralt: Sure, gas can be polluting to the environment when leaked and has been confirmed to be cancer-inducing at high concentrations, but the smell is awesome. (Unless you have a gas leak, that is)
