Anyone think the popularity of Ashley is a good thing for the fandom?

People can like fishnets, black pantyhose, big legs, showing through the holes but I'll still talk about it cause I don't like it.
 
Hmmm, I don't know, maybe that huge post you made saying how she was like every other character? For peat sake you started off this discussion with "How can you ignore Wario for a generic girl" implying Ashley is like any old character.

Think. You shouldn't have even posted that, you know? people like different characters for different reasons, even if they are "generic".

Arrogant and hypocritical, given all of his anti-9-Volt shitposts in the past, over the mere idea that there may be a number (regardless of how big or small that number is) of people that might, just might, like him more then the gothic barf and yet now he is preaching how everyone should be able to like what they want.

Personally, I think she's a character barely passing the level of mediocrity and seeing someone so presumptuous and arrogant in the popularity of their character annoys me + the fact that Nintendo unfairly ignores the other Wario Land (+Ware) cast members.
Clearly, my first post was tongue in cheek but since you are questioning my right to express my thought I can tear Ashley's character to the white meat if you really want to let me have it. :SHearts:
 
That's your opinion on her, what you were saying before came off as "People shouldn't like her because she's just a generic character", now you're just saying what you think of her. Frankly, I don't give two shits what you think of her. You can't change my opinion on a character based on your opinion.
 
I think an important aspect about liking a character is being aware of their flaws and shortcomings and still liking them. And by flaws I don't mean ones written into them. I mean like being a minor character or an undeveloped or inconsistent personality.

And I don't give a thousand more shits about your opinion, babydoll. So every time I see it and it makes a part of my skin itch I will say something.

I actually remember seeing more Non-Ashley fanarts in the Thread... I for example uploaded Penny and Young Cricket Fan Art.
But you have a point. I wish every Character would get so much attention.
 
"I don't care what she thinks of Ashley" is what I was really getting at, however saying that nobody should like her because she's generic...well, I had to say something. :3

"In my opinion, this sucks" vs "This sucks, nobody should like this"

I wouldn't really have mind if she happen to say "In my opinion she's really just some generic girl :\"
