  12. Sweet! His attacks actually would work very well in a Mario and Luigi game with the jump and hammer counters, especially with the Chestnut ricocheting back at him when you counter it with hammer like when you dash attack it in 3.

I was thinking about it as a Wario & Waluigi game.
Wario would have Ground-pound and Dash attack moves instead of Jump and Hammer.
You'd have to jump over the spike ball. When you do, the chestnut hatches. When it hits you, you turn into puffy Wario, fly off screen, lose a turn and take damage when you fall back down.

When a chestnut is out, like in the game, you'd have to Dash into it to fling it at the boss, then he'd fall down and be stunned and thus vulnerable for a while.
There could also be a move for Jump-Dashing, which could let you hit the boss earlier, but isn't as effective.

The Boss would also use the wisps as an attack of course, which would paralize you when you don't dodge them.

  14. Definitely an interesting idea. Sounds a bit like Bowser's gameplay in Inside Story.

Waluigi would be there too, of course, I just don't know what kind of moves he could have. Having them both doing Charge attacks and ground pounds would be weird... that doesn't seem like it would be Waluigi's strength.

...then again, what WOULD be Waluigi's strenghts? :V

  16. Sports. Stuff like hitting enemies and knocking back projectiles with his racket, kicking footballs at enemies, rugby-tackling them, etc.

Oh man, he just can't escape his role as an incessant sports game roster filler, can he? SXD
I was thinking in a Wa&Wa game, maybe he could finally get an identity of his own, rather than just being a lanky loser version of Wario all the time. :STongue3:
    ...or a sports/party/karting game filler.
Like how Luigi's Mansion gave Luigi an identity besides "green tall Mario".
Like how Wario Land gave Wario an identity besides "fat yellow Mario".
Like how Donkey Kong Country gave DK an identity besides "the ape that kidnapped a lady".
So we need a game that gives Waluigi an identity besides "lanky loser Wario".
While we're at it, we need a game that gives Daisy an identity besides "feisty yellow Peach".

That's just Wario's charge attack again. :STongue:
