Hi, it's me again!
So, we've got quite a few people here now.
We've gathered as people who have in common that they like Wario and think he deserves more attention.
So now we are here, and are starting up a community(which will obviously need to still keep growing for a while), what will we do next?
Does anyone have a project in mind? (for example, I've heard about people wanting to create a Wario Land 3 hack)
Even doing thinks like making midis or, like CM30 was doing already, ripping textures for the Wario Land games is great, as long as we can be of use to enlarge the amount of Wario things on the web
I mean, we are here together now, so let's work as a team!

WwwWario, althought focusing mostly on Super Wario 5, did say he wanted to create a Wario Land 3 hack.
However, that info is gone from his website. Maby he changed his mind?

I still think we can do it if we all work together. We just need enought programmers and designers. And i would love to join the design team

Other things i recommend:
1) Someone should create maps of Wario Land 2 and Shake
2) Something like a Wario Encyclopedia
3) Walkthroughts of the Wario Land games
4) Riping resourches for use in fan games

In general, just giving this website as much information and resources, and just apretiation of the games, and of course the character, as much as we can

I'm just happy to be part of the community
It's the first forum community, where I really feel like a part of it, more comfortable to be here, easier to find things to talk about, and like I can contribute to it

Hard to tell to be honest. A Wario encyclopedia might be interesting, but it'd also take a dedicated contributor base, and end up having to compete with Mario Wiki. That's pretty hard to do. Just ask Donkey Kong Wiki, which had the same issue and is currently near dead.

Walkthroughs are nice, but to be honest, it might be easier just to ask permission from some writers on GameFAQs and mirror some of those, maybe with some pictures added in. Like how I asked that guy for permission to use his Wario Land 4 maps.

Maps of Wario Land 2 and Shake It might be possible, although I have no idea how easy ripping resources from the latter is. What's the alternative, taking a crap ton of pictures of every level and trying to stitch them together?

Resources for fan games I'm doing already and will continue doing.

Well, i kind of agree with you on the Wiki thing. There actually is a WarioWiki, but it's pretty much dead...

Another thing we could do: level analysis. We already have level analysis of Wario Land 4 - Daniel's amazing book.
Wario Land 3 level analysis is avaible on Wario Land Land, but it's not as good, and I think we can make it more detailed.
And with Wario Land 2 level analysis - there is nothing online. How about we fix this?
