Gaming Music you Dislike

I love the game, don't get me wrong, but this 10 second loop has no business to play as long and frequently as it does, especially when you compare it to truly wonderful short songs, that never get tiring, like this:

From the same game no less.

Glowsquid hates cute music apparently. I have no idea what kind of game thats supposed to be though : p

And I dont really hate this music, in fact I think its kinda neat : p But Im pretty sure the majority of people who actually know about this game consider the soundtrack to be awful : p

I guess I don't *dislike* it, but I just uploaded the main theme of Ghen War on the tubes after geting the game, because it's an hilarious abomination and everyone should experience it

Yoshi's new island had some very uninspired music as well as the general game in which it tried to just keep all the parts that made Yoshi's Island however made them pretty bland. This theme however is just garbage. Aside from the kazoo's it really sounds dead.

Hey, that's not the only reason to hate the Yoshi's New Island soundtrack:

As for music I dislike, well there's always the old 'classic':

Plus a few from that 'game' I consider infamously bad:

Plus perhaps the most annoying music I've ever been stuck listening to for hours thanks to annoying game design:

In short bursts it's creepy. In long bursts it's likely going insane in solitary confinement.

That Yoshi's New Island theme could have been actually decent if they replaced the kazoo with well... anything that's not kazoo.

And this

sounds as if someone tried to cover the Waterfall music of Donkey Kong Land III, but failed hard:

Speaking of Donkey Kong, I don't quite like this one from DKC 1:

It is supposed to be scary, but to me it sounds just empty and full of wasted potential. But that might as well be an unpopular video game opinion.

They meant to use the SNES version of that very song.

However, SNES games use a thing called 'samples' to make the music sound correct. The creator of the fan hack could not figure out how to insert the samples. So what he got was a broken mess.

It's like if you tried to download the WarioWare Touched 'MIDIs' used in the actual game. Like this one:

Because they don't have samples, they're empty, horrible sounding versions of the song.

Woo I got a shoutout
EDIT: Now on Youtube for your listening pleasure

The original Pokemon games for Game Boy that were insanely popular when I was a tween. I always found their music unpleasant and grating compared to other GB titles I'd played, especially older/less popular ones made by Nintendo R&D1 and Rare Ltd.

Years later when Smash Bros started paying homage to the classics with elaborate remixes, I got pretty cheesed off that those Pokemon games were the only thing to receive any real attention in the vast Game Boy library (apart from a remix of Super Mario Land's ruin theme).

I'm not sure about you but crazybus is a staple game that everyone should play especially since it's made by my people.

Anyways here's another song I hate, comes straight from Sonic Spinball. I'm quite sad that this game was purely made by Americans so no Sega involvement. Guess that's why it has that distinct western sound.

Another song I dislike is Chillman's theme. Not only does the beginning sounds so different from the rest of the song but it just sounds dull and lifeless.
