Sound Room Wario

Does anybody have any speculation as to the man dressed as Wario that danced around in the sound room when you played songs? A while back, a friend I knew in real life told me it was Hiroji Kiyotake (the man largely behind Wario), but when I looked him up months ago I saw there was no resemblance between him and the sound room Wario:

That said, any information or names would be appreciated.

theres lots of pixels and wario nose in the way, id say it could be him but i couldnt really tell.

always thought they were random people, but if its the creator himself involved... man, thats some dedication, itd be a real cute detail <3

They seem to goof around a lot. Heck, I've even heard that they made WarioWare without running it by the higher-ups, and just presented the game when they finished it (could be getting the details wrong). Also, that face does kinda look like Kiyotake.

Oh hey, the dog and baby are from the Wario Land 4 sound room animations! But no, can't guess where it's from.

Edit: Though the file name says Mario Artist stamps, so I'm guessing they first appeared in that game. Still doesn't explain exactly where said images are from though. Did Nintendo film them, or buy stock images from somewhere?

Awww you cheater!

Yes, it's from the 64DD game Mario Artist: Paint Studio. More precisely some add-on content you can get from Mario Artist: Communication Kit.
My guess is they had a library of stock images they pulled from, the same they used for Wario Land 4's sound room pictures.

You can see, the apple and strawberry are the same. I tried to find others as well, but it seems that's all.

Wasn't the strawberry also used in a Dr. Crygor microgame in Mega Microgame$?
