The Ashley and Red Thread.

HOLY DAMN, hasn't this been an Ashley filled month?
  • New Christmas Ashley badges.
  • Zelda Ashley badges (With the cast finally.)
  • New years Ashley badges.
Not to mention both Christmas Ashley badges have been released over here, which is a first for Ashley. Usually we get those a year after, glad it happened though. And now we have the first New years Ashley badge here. It's only last years, but it's still awesome regardless!

And not to mention the stuff Ashley got this year, in 2016. It truly was, though small, The Year of Ashley. Happy new years, guys.
 
The Nintendo switch line up will be announced in just a 11 days. This is our hope for something Wario related, meaning Ashley related! I'm really hoping, just hoping Ashley will be part of the Mario Kart Switch cast. That would be sweet! I actually had a dream last night where she was playable.

I remember being on the character select screen, how it usually is but Ashley was playable. Her Smash model was in the car, she was in the middle class with Mario and all that stuff. When selected she'd say "Whatever..." and roll her eyes. I found that really funny. Hoping it comes true!
 
Come think of it, Nintendo would probably be more likely to add her than any of the other Warioware characters. I think if Funky Kong was in a Mario Kart game, Ashley would have a chance, however she'd most likely appear only once. Nintendo likes to add the most unexpected characters sometimes (Honey Queen? lol).

Anyways, wow, just look at this! Ashley is ready to Fu*k some Sh*t up! This is a cross over with that Tank game, and this is the first time she is seen without Red. In Yo face, @TB100 lol, just kidding. Seriously though this is badass! We got Epic Ashley now.

Anyways, these stickers are actually pretty sweet. for one, she actually looks like a TEENAGER for once.

Congratulations, Ashley, you did it.

I'm honestly happy to see a WarioWare character be featured in another game. In the end, I hope Ashley can represent our WarioWare universe the right way.
At the same time, she looks out of place and character, plus, she's not the best representative of the series.

Does that mean everything else in the WarioWare franchise is gonna be forgotten or left behind, while Ashley becomes her own thing? I don't know if I like that thought.
As always, I have mixed feelings about this whole situation.
 
I don't feel anything anymore. I'd rather just not say anything regarding Ashley as we keep getting this stuff.
 
Hopefully people care to even know where Ashley came from, appose to just joining the "I'm only a fan of Ashley" train. I understand everyone here doesn't want Ashley to be the only character getting attention, being in the spotlight getting all this stuff.

But we can't control it, Nintendo is a company and the Warioware fandom is pretty small. When compared to other fans of other Nintendo series, they always make their voice be heard but Nitnendo doesn't really do anything. I'm not sure, Jack. Maybe a Warioware game is planned, and they are hyping up Ashley to kind of promote the game. So I wouldn't be surprised if Ashley got special treatment within the series itself, would would be amazing!
 
I mean I'm not gonna mope around as if it would change anything but that doesn't mean I have to be content with it. We can accept it but still be displeased.
 
I already posted my thoughts on my profile, so I won't go into depth about it.
I'll just say I'm happy for her but i'm disappointed that the other cast just gets thrown aside by Nintendo, I understand that she's popular and she has a huge fanbase and whatnot, but that doesn't mean Nintendo should just ignore the other characters because of it.
 
Who knows what the guys over at Nintendo Japan think. They probably know Japan just love cute characters, and they see their chance to cash in on it, they have their own cute character to use. So, in turn they only have Ashley in mind, and probably don't care for WarioWare. For all they know, it's just the series she came from, and from their took Ashley and gave her all this stuff.

Most likely they are aware of her popularity, even in North America and other places. Ashley sells, but I'm not sure about the other ware cast.

Wario sells, bet they are saving him for another time.
 
You're just repeating yourself at this point as is everyone else. I don't really think there's anything left to say from any side.
 
Forgot to report on it Yesterday but the Ashley badges based on Mother has came to the North American Badge Arcade.

I already have most of the badges, gonna get the rest tomorrow when I can get myself an Eshop card. Look at that, the bunny's all like "YOU KNOW ASHLEY, RIGHT?!" heh, Nintendo promoting Ashley like hell these days. Wonder if there's truly something being lead to.

Everyone's favorite Wario witch comes back, ready for Valentines day! This time the badge is here for North America!

We've come so far, I love how Nintendo is treating Ashley. They are really pushing her, before they were like "Here is Ashley" and now they are like "Here's Ashley from the Warioware series" as if they wanna get the word out of Ashley, so they know where she came from.

I already got the badge, so if you haven't gotten one keep trying at it!
