So yeah, the name has been brought up here a few times before and this is it's origin.
 
Wario Cruise sonds like a better name to me, even if there isn't the typical Wario Land in the title. It sounds a bit more creative than a ¨Super Title 64 Advance¨ title.
 
it's not boring, I just think it was something most people knew.

but to those who don't, it is pretty interesting. I, also, prefer the name to Virtual Boy Wario Land...the latter is a bit awkard sounding. Not unlike some of Nintendo's other titles....Super Smash Bros. for Wii U/3DS comes to mind.

Not sure why it was changed, but I'm sure there was a reason.

Sorry, brother, I didn't mean any disrespect. I know you're trying to keep the Wario conversation going and I appreciate that. But even so...
 
Wario Cruise works well considering it has kind of a safari adventure vibe going on. I really thought this was a shoe-in for a remake on the 3DS, in which case they could have used that name to great effect, but sadly we never got anything.
