Who actually voiced the characters in older WarioWare games?

CM30

Diamond City Mayor
Diamond City Leader
You know, except for Charles Martinet, since he's voiced Wario in pretty much every game since he got an official voice actor.

But what about the others? The credits don't help much, they don't list what individual voiced what characters (in most games). And while other sites might exist with some information (like maybe IMDB), their accuracy is always rather questionable.

For example, is this real?

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0453565/

And if so, it's not exactly comprehensive, is it?

I've been curious about this for years. Even in Game & Wario, the fullest, most interactive set of credits we've ever had, none of the voices are mentioned. Is there something going on making it so the voice actors can't be credited or something?

I do think Mona is voiced by Leslie Swan, it sounds like her in the early games anyway, particulary if you compare it to her Peach voice in Super Mario 64 (DS), so I do think that that one is accurate everyone else is a wild card thought.

The description for this vidjo claims the following:

Ashley's voice [in Ashley's english theme] was performed by Jean Nishida, presumably the daughter of Charles Nishida, who worked on NOA localization for this game. The English voice actors were most likely hand-picked convenient staff and friends rather than hired actors, which is a testament to NOA's weak AV localization through the mid-2000's.

The guy is apparently a coder for project m or something, but I don't know if he has teh ~insider knowledge‹ ~. I know Ashley's voice clips in Smooth Moves (and by extension, all subsequent titles) are attributed to Christina Peyser, who also did the vocals on mona's pizza.

Okay, that's confusing. So... how many times do these characters change voice actor/actress anyway?

Cause if the above is true, it seems like it happens every game. Or maybe he's just wrong and the Smooth Moves credits are right, which would make things simpler. Or maybe it all changed with Smooth Moves for some reason...

Back when Peach actually sounded like an adult woman...
