The yellow one is likely just a new outfit for the sake of it.
What wonders me more is how they keep changing the colour scheme of his regular outfit, in the first three games it had a blue-yellow scheme, in Smooth Moves and Touched it's pink and even Do it yourself gave it a grey tint:
