Memes? Not sure about those since for the most part it's just memes you'd find anywhere else. All we have here are just inside jokes that at this point most people wouldn't get anymore. Why do you keep rating my posts "Dumb" btw

i use the Question marks I AM DUMB, aka confused or questioning because I want more answers, not because I think you or what you say is dumb. Also when I post a rainbow on stuff people say its because I'm optimistic that they will get their desired outcome like when @TheBakingGamer0424 asked for midi files in a thread I couldn't find them so I posted the rainbow for my optimism

Hmm okay well it was never supposed to be a "Questioning" type of reaction. Not sure if this is still the case but Dumb ratings were "negative" ratings that would reduce your Reaction score and so they were almost never used. I wouldn't be surprised if you've confused quite a few old timers by using it the way you've been using it.

It probably changed by now and I don't think any of them are really negative anymore although people will probably still be confused by you rating something they said "Dumb". Off the top of my head I only remember "Dumb" and "Old" being negative. The other two you mentioned I think were neutral ratings.
