Probably is David Wise alongside Grant Kirkhope and Daisuke Ishiwatari.

Cool! Mine is David Wise because he did the soundtracks of all Donkey Kong Country from Snes and Donkey Kong 64(Expand Dong 69 XD), Banjo Kazooie, Conker, Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze and recently, one of my most wanted games from Nintendo Switch, Yooka Laylee

"he did the soundtracks of all Donkey Kong Country from Snes"

Contrary to this popular misconception, he in fact did not compose every last tune of the DKC trilogy; a very sizable credit would be awarded to Eveline Fischer Novakovic, a stupendous composer who, unfortunately, is oftentimes shafted in favor of David Wise. She did nearly half of the DKC1 soundtrack and almost all of DKC3, Dave throwing in his two cents with Dixie Beat, Bonus Time and a few other smaller tracks.
As many of you know from my rantings in the past, Eve is my absolute favorite video game composer, and one of many favorites in the larger medium. Her distinctive non-melodic, ambient motif has greatly and deeply inspired me, to the extent that I most likely wouldn't be a musician today without her brilliant work.

Honorable mentions to Grant Kirkhope, Keichi Suzuki, Hajime Wakai and Kazumi Totaka.

Currently it's Jake Kaufman, the man behind the spectacular music of the Shantae series (shocker I know) and a bunch of other titles...dude's a madman

I could say the Mario kart composers or directors? I don't know, according to the Mariowiki, Soyo Oka was the first composer on Super Mario Kart and then other guy took over since Mario Kart 64.

This topic shouldn't be confined to a profile post. And I adore Dave Wise, but people always wrongly over-credit him.

Anyway, I have a LOT of favourites, but the brothers Tim and Geoff Follin will always be my biggest. Since childhood, no other composers have affected me quite so artistically or emotionally.

This track is one of my favourites, period. It's dripping with forlorn nostalgia, and pushes the SNES far beyond the norm...
