What are the rules on bumping?

I'm used to 3 or 6 hours myself 
But I've noticed before, this forum has many rules not officialy defined and/or explicitly stated. It probably also doesn't need it, as there are so few people on here.
Anyway, bumping very often probably won't be needed anyway, because there is so little activity on here.

A bump is posting a post containing nothing relevant to a thread so it'll be on the top of thread list again.
You can post anything else anywhere anytime you want.
Got it, it's been a really long time since I was a member of a forum so I got bumping,necroposting,necrobumping etc. all misunderstood.
