So, how does that work with multiple games? Cause Hex Scout said something about constantly resetting the game for this sticker.

Not sure, since I don't own the game and the Metroid Wiki doesn't say anything either:

Not much of a reference per se, but it is notable that this Mario Party 5 Wallpaper borrows a Wario World artwork :

This might not sound spectacular on it's own, but what makes it interesting is that Nintendo, for how much they reuse renders, never went to Wario World whenever they needed a stock Wario one, but rather to the Mario spin offs (in fact, they still use and update his Mario Party 6 flexing render to this very day), so this is an interesting case where they did go to World for such an occasion and that's pretty noteworthy.
