General Wario references thread (Now with Index on page 13).

That is Nintendo's Special Rock Band, playing at the Switch Experience in Tokyo. (Which was a day after the presentation.)
Nintendo's Special Rock Band along with their Special Big Band is basically Nintendo's in house band, basically their version of Sega's S.S.T (Sega Sound Team.)

Here's the big band.

EDIT: Added some more details to prevent confusion.

That's really cool.
I'll watch that one too!

Something fun I just realized, look at the Wario team logos in the baseball games:

Notice something? They all use the same font as the Land 2 & 3 title logos:

Why yes, I am a nerd. Thanks for asking.

When was the last time Wario appeared in a TV commercial?

(If you slow down the video, you can actually see that Wario has the same haircut as Mario)

Other thing I'd like to point out, is that they reused Wario's laughing animation from Mario Land 2 in both Wario's Woods commercials, but they probably hired the actor again to do the laugh.

This piece of artwork is showing a loose reference to Wario and modern design Donkey Kong's debut in Mario Kart:

And there are more:

I was explaining in a previous post about if you choose Wario, Mario and Daisy would become your rivals; doing a slight reference to Mario Land. And if you choose Waluigi, Toadette would also become your rival; making a reference to Mario Kart: Double Dash.

In Super Smash there is an accessory that allows you to dash attack, similar to a Wario land and Shake it.
