Because as you know, both have appeared in various Mario Kart games by this point. So what's your preference here?
 
I love the bike, but the Wario Car is untouchable. It's still awesome to me that you can drive it in Mario Kart Double Dash. If I had the money I would own a real-life replica of it. Love that thing.

That's actually a pretty hard question for me, since it is pretty much an unwriten rule with me that I will main Wario and whatever vehicle from his games is available, if the option is there not to mention I love the car and the bike all the same.

In the end I'd vote for the car, because of practicality, because the Wario Bike has to compete against inwards dift biks and has a harder time because of that, I'm stll a loyal Wario + Wario Bike mainer since day 1 though.
 
While the Wario bike is cool and I would prefer to see both vehicles in Mario Kart, if I had to choose between one or the other, then there's simply no contest.
