Cause I can tell you that I don't. I only workout my fingers and, from time to time, my legs. I've tried to get into an exercise routine more than once, but I would just lose the motivation to keep it up. I've got a pedal exerciser under my desk which I use rarely and will randomly do some exercise if inspired. Other than that, I got nothing really.
