What is/are your favorite level(s) in Wario Land 4?

Tiger21820

Master of Fire & Ice & Wario Land 3: Master Quest!
For me, it could be -40 Below Fridge, because it is an ice level, and the music sounds really different after playing The Toxic Landfill. It's much calmer then the more intense TTL music and the song is quite lovely.(Especially the intro, I always save & quit over and over just to here that AMAZING intro!)

The other would be Fiery Cavern, because it is a fire & ice level! As you know, I love the two elements! I love it when they are used together in video games: Sword & Shield Maze from Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons, Twinrova and Hailfire Peaks from Banjo-Tooie! Did you know that the Fire & Ice versions of some rooms are not the same rooms? They're different! There are actually 2 CD chests in the level!

What is/are your favorite level(s) in Wario Land 4, and why?

Pinball Zone and Crescent Moon Village are my favorite.
One is so out of this world with the whole Pinball theme and rolling around. A colorful place and quite unique.
Crescent Moon Village is the only level to steal your Keyzer, making the escape that much challenging if you're not careful. Very unique too.

There's also the Hall of Hieroglyphs, which is such a nice start to the game with a simple tutorial and a nice tune to set up the mood. As for it's counterpart, the Golden Passage, gives you the sense of pressure as you visit the level on a timer. Really nicely thought. On Super Hard, Palmtree Paradise does the same, starting you off with the timer! OMG!

Ooooh... I don't know which to choose. Wario Land 4 has so many great levels.
But I would say Pinball Zone for the exact reasons Blue Jack G mentioned. I also really like Arabian Night with its flying carpets and of course Crescent Moon Village because the horror theme is really good in this one.
Special mention for Monsoon Jungle for the relaxing and calming music and the secret cavern.

Pinball Zone is, I admit, a really cool level, but let me tell you: On Super hard difficulty, that level is OUT FOR BLOOD!! Every spike ball launcher is turned on, there are birds left and right trying to peck your eyes out, and electricity... SO! MUCH!! ELECTRICITY!!!

In Crescent Moon Village, you could possibly use your ghost "friend" to your advantage by having him steal Keyzer and get many of the coins without him taking them all! You really only have 1 chance to do it too, so make the best of it! I like the music (especially the intro) too!

Of course its all about Crescent Moon mother fucking Village, cool level but not my gallon of milk.

Golden Passage is my favourite because it's the perfect final level (not boss) you can have in platformers. Perfect flow, hard but fair difficulty (okay its not that hard but it feels like an ordeal after beating it), It tests all of your skills you learned throughout the game. Its got it all. If only mario could have more levels like this, They hadn't since Super Mario World but most WL games have a good last level that feels like the last level and not just "that level before the end" or "world 8-9" or "Zone 7 Act 3", You get the point. Golden Passage really sticks with me.
