What was your first Wario game?

CM30

Diamond City Mayor
Diamond City Leader
For me, it was Wario Land Super Mario Land 3 on the original Game Boy. Have to admit though, it took me quite a while until I actually figured out how to play this game (given that it wasn't just a Mario style platformer where enemies die in three hits to the head), and it was Wario Land 4 that actually made me like the series a lot more.

So what was your first Wario game?

Nice first game choice! Especially given how I hear about how people see it as one of the best games (if not the best) in the Wario Land series!

Warioware: Mega Party Games
It was fun playing all those mini games (for a while) especially with all the... unique designs of the atmospheres and characters.

Isn't that the Gamecube WarioWare game?

Cause that's an odd title to start with, I have to admit. Still, I assume it was a great game, right?

Yeah it is! lol I was wondering whether or not to put GC next to the name. It's pretty fun but can get boring quick. I wanna try out Game & Wario one day as it seems different.

I'm not sure to recommend Game & Wario to be honest. Glowsquid says its decent, but the reviews have been mixed at best. Maybe try and get it second hand or for a discount.

So your first ever game was a Wario series game? That's pretty cool. Definitely a better first game than the one I got stuck with.

Well, I've often been watching my friends and family play games and sometimes played games like Super Mario Land 1 and 2 at their house but WL2 was the first one I had for myself. Thanks to my cousin! ^^

The first Wario game I played was the GBC Wario Land II, which hold some vague nostalgic value for being (with its sequel) one of the few GameBoy game I owned as a child that wasn't ludicrously awful or unplayable due to my limited knowledge of Angliche.

WarioWare Touched is what made me a fan, though :V.

You're a fan of Touched? Never would've known that... :p Have you played any of the previous warioware games?

The very first Mario Land 3: Wario Land, and I absolutely loved it. Then I had to skip 2 and 3 because I didn't have any money at the time, but I played them a bit on an emulator.
Later, I could try Wario Land 4 too, and it became one of my favourites GBA games. I played the s**t of Wario Ware on GameCube.
Recently, I played the first one again on an original Gameboy, but then the memory erased when I had it almost at 100%...

PS: Wario is also one of my mains in Brawl (with Snake and Toon Link)

Mario Land 2, since he was the boss and I played that first. :p But seriously, yeah, Wario Land 1 was my first as well. I think each in the series has had its own unique charm about it that made it feel different than the others. Except Wario's Woods... that was just a basic clone of Columns.
