The full title is something like "Wario Land 4: The Treasure of the Golden Diva". Wario Land 2 in japanese got a subtitle too.

I never knew anyone was actually doing anything modding/hacking related in wario world. In the video, it seems that the castle map was swapped with the dino mighty location (which explains by the pillars are randomly sitting outside the map). Still this is pretty cool!
