Does Drill Dozer Remind Anyone else of Wario Land 4?

I've been looking at some maps of the game, and the style really does look surprisingly similar to Wario Land 4. For example:

The level there looks almost like it could fit in the Topaz Passage, at least in my opinion. Remove some of the mechanical elements and you've got a level that looks a fair bit like a Wario Land 4 toy one...

Anyone agree?

It looks similar, but it's probably because of the bright color palettes used in both games. Looking at the Training Course it looks fairly easy to map out. I don't think they put that much effort into the graphics but they work and they fit the mood. Looks the most like Doodle Woods but even then you can easily tell the Wario levels are more detailed.
