Eh. They're in that weird gray area for me. In an alternate universe where they're titled as Wario Land sequels they'd fit with the rest of the series generally... however, to me, they'd still feel like outliers due to their different developers and diverging mechanics. They're Wario Land-adjacent, I'd say.

I say yes because of a similar gameplay style. Not the exact same, but... I dunno, feels like they're thematically similar anyway.

Imo, World is, but not MoD
World most definitely is, and the only reason it doesn't have the Land title is because they wanted to make it seem more expansive and three-dimensional than the Wario platformers before it. Hence why "World" was used over "Land".
