Nintendo doesn't have a trademark for WarioWare?

It's a bit random, but I've always thought that seems like an odd decision. Especially given how they've got one for Wario, one for Wario Land and (currently) one for Game & Wario, but they never bothered trademarking the name of the WarioWare series.

That's most peliculiar. I wonder if the Japanese name of the series (Made in Wario or something) is trademarked there.

Speaking of WarioWare-related legal weirdness Nintendo patented one of the multiplayer modes of Mega Party Games... in 2009.
