Think Nintendo could remake Diamond City as an interesting track?

It's in a few of the Mario Kart Arcade GP games, but let's face it... the track is awful. The design is flat and uninteresting. The graphics look kind of dull and not really WarioWare like. The music is...



Weird. But could Nintendo make it much better? Like, could they take the arcade track and actually make it seem interesting and Wario like, in the same way as they remade Ribbon Road and made it one of the best tracks ever?

....Probably not actually. All the other courses that were brought back in Mario Kart 8 kept their basic course layout from their original appearance (with a little liberty taken for any segments featuring the gravity mechanic). Diamond City would most likely need to stick to that if it were reinterpreted.

True, although Ribbon Road never had any enemies on the track, nor any section involving flight. So minor liberties are possible here.
