But at the same time....
I'm actually a bit worried about that too. I might be a bit overreactive here, but a compilation game seems to be something that would fit for a final game. Let's hope it's just me worrying and nothing to fear about.

Do you think this game will make use of the long-forgotten AR thing as well?
I wouldn't worry too much about that. Remember, the Wario series has gone through quite a few breaks before, like the 5 year one prior to WarioWare Gold. It seems like a series Nintendo has a tendency to pick back up on a few years after the last game gets released.
And hey, while it's possible a compilation is the end of a series, I think you've also got to keep in mind that:
It wasn't for Mario after All Stars, Mega Man after Wily Wars, etc
It likely won't be for Crash Bandicoot and Spyro after N Sane Trilogy and Reignited Trilogy
As well as that unless something's changed drastically, it likely won't be for Mario Party after Top 100 either.

Well they still make Star Fox games, and who the heck cares about Star Fox?
Lately rereleases and compilations and such seem to have become more of a reset button for series that have strayed far from their success or otherwise have been floundering.
I still care. Even after Star Fox Zero lol

Yeah, even the Japanese names of those microgames is "Nintenman".
The scooter ones from that same set are called "Ninranger" there too.

That reminds me of that one microgames from Game and Wario. I'm hoping they bring some of the Game and Wario games in as well.
They will have to add other microgames to get to the stated 300?
