Where's the Wario Press Conference Animation?

I'm sure we've all heard or at least heard of this iconic audio circa 2003.


However, I've seen from a couple of sources that this is actually just the audio of something that was originally one or a few animated shorts or at least adapted into an animated form. Here's some sources:

So, as a younger Wario fan, I'm left with some questions:

1. Can anyone on here vouch for this actually existing? If so, what did it look like? (I can't imagine that it'd look too good, since Flash was just starting to pick up around this time, but it would be interesting to see it.)
2. Is there any way we can recover this video?

It probably looked alright, the Wario in the upper-left hand corner of the Wario Land 4 website was animated in flash I'm pretty sure.

Even the archived site is down, but you can still visit it via waybackmachine.

At this point, it's most likely lost to the mists of time and history;
especially since the original WarioWare website seems to be no longer accessible in any point at this point. Not even via the wayback machine
as this is the only remains of it with no way of accessing it. (Believe me, I tried.)

And the European Site doesn't seem to even be archived on top of that. So unless someone got really lucky or we get a time machine that can take us right back to 2003 or what not, I doubt we're gonna see it any time soon.

Kind of sucks really because I would like to see the animation, but hey, we got the voice acting at least, so at least we managed to retrieved something from it.
