Why was the credits song changed?

In Wario Land 4?

It's literally the only changed song in the game. The title screen and bad ending song are always in English and the Palm Tree Paradise one is always in Japanese.

They're both great songs, but why the one random difference?

Apparently both are on the game cart in both languages, so it seems to be a deliberate choice by the developers.

The credits song's vocals seem to be from a stock library (similarly to the Title and credits version of Hall of Hieroglyphs) where as Palm Tree Paradise was original. It would have taken much more effort to record an english version of Palm Tree Paradise. The credits theme was easier to change.

It is curious that the english samples are still present in the Japanese version though.

Strange, I like both, I am glad there are english ones though because translating the already hard to understand lyrics would suck.
