I hope so, because the 3DS and Wii U are similar enough that you could release the game on both with the same control schemes and options and even make use of things like Miiverse in the process.

And hey, we need more games where you can make your microgames and comics, right?

I really hope so. DIY was interesting and different. If that did happen I'd like it to have some changes (maybe that should be another topic). Sure it could be interesting sharing your microgames, but like the internet, it may need some censoring. It is also possible for it to happen because the DS/Wii game servers won't work anymore.
