I assume this is from MUGEN. I hadn't seen a Rosalina character on it yet, but obviously eventually someone would make one.

No, Zangief the Red Cyclone(My Favorite Street Fighter Character) sprites are from Street Fighter Alpha 2.

Rosalina is from some custom sprite maker on Spriters' Resource.

What the heck. Rosalina isn't even proportionate (or should even exist in the SF universe). So Russians want to piledrive Rosalina? wut?

Do you know who the heck Zangief is even?

I sent you a link to the Street Fighter wiki.

He is a fighter, and the first grappler in Fighting game history, mainly relying on throws.

One of his many and most awesome attacks is a spinning pildriver.

There is a video where Gief piledrives Duck Hunt Dog since no one likes him.

And no one likes Rosalina, so I thought it would work.

Dude, it's not funny. You can laugh all you want, but you probably play crappy Game and Wario or Call of Duty instead of actually playing great games like Street Fighter 2, Alpha series and 4.
