I think it's from the ball mini-game from wario land 4 Wario's homerun derby it's called, right? When the chearleaders come in. I watched that part of the video, and literally heard them saying "Bye bye!" after it ended xD

The back of Warios jacket in Brawl and Smash 4 reads"Hurry up!!'', this phrase has no special meaning in Ware meaning that it might be a intentional (gasp) Land 4 reference:
