Back in the day, vlacksr discovered how to do this in real time and since then every runner has now implanted it into their runs.

How do you perform this glitch? I tried everything but nothing worked.
I didn't actually know it was possible to do in real time, that's interesting.

Yes. You can refer to this link below as it obtains a lot of information. This is a perfect frame trick and you can get stuck in the wall if you aren't careful.
