Each subsequent Wario platformer (1994-2004) kept pushing the envelope with the weirdness and crudeness. In a way, Wario World is the grand finale and peak of how weird a Wario game's atmosphere could get.

I agree with CM30 on this one. Though I admit Wario World was closer to the original Wario Lands in terms of how crude it was artistically, even though it was much more exaggerated.

Eh not sure to be honest. I don't see Wario World, Master of Disguise or Shake It as all that close in terms of vibe to the actual Wario Land games.

That's amazing! VB Wario Land has amazing sprites and animations. Such a shame it was stuck in monochrome VB hell! But not anymore it seems! It actually makes wanna play it again.

Along with seemingly whatever other Virtual Boy game you want. So, do you think this'll inspire more people to try it out?
