I heard about it because the French equivalent of the AVGN made a video on it so I assume it's pretty bad. There's also a game about asthmatic dinosaur called Bronkie the Bronchiasaurus.

I just looked up what it is and it just reminds of those games where the hero was a guy with diabetes and you had to avoid donuts. It's called Captian Novolin.
