I remember hearing about this and thought it was funny seeing jokes about that one ni being absurdly higher quality for no apparent reason (And I thought so too, what possible reason why would they do that?). But each ni is different, and after...
Huh, I don't think I've ever noticed a lack of ni~ when I play the game. Though I guess the "original hardware" comment means it is possible to play back on emulation, so that may explain it.
I can think of a few knights who may have demanded...
Saw this post on Supper Mario Broth and thought it was kinda interesting:
Apparently, exactly one sample used in Wario Land 4 is stored at a higher quality level than the rest. That's fascinating to me.
Bonus points for @Weario and @ShyGuyXXL...
The game is apparently 95% decompiled, which means soon it should be way easier to modify the game or port it to other systems:

So, anyone else excited for this? I'm now picturing how crazy Wario Land...
I think it might be an early sprite, but downscaled slightly so it would fit the tile. They probably didn't feel like replacing it, or just kind of didn't notice, so it remained. That would be my guess.
I thought maybe this was an earlier version of Wario's sprite because they look close enough at a glance, but it didn't match any of the beta stuff. But upon closer inspection, I still think it's a pretty impressive lower resolution version of...
I think Nintendo should make old Mario Tennis courts back, like Wario & Waluigi Court from Nintendo 64 Mario Tennis and Wario Factory Court from Nintendo GameCube Mario Power Tennis.
I would like a WarioWare city court, a WarioWare microgames...
Seems we have some more info:
Peardian said he likely got confused with an unused song from the game Little King's Story being on that game's official website, and associated this mystery file with Wario Land the same way.
And this old YouTube...
Wait a minute no way, Plumber's Cave was a hoax this whole time?!

Wario Land Shake It's escape themes have been in the wrong order; I put them back (A post I made about...
Oh, I think I may have found the original... original:
https://www.newgrounds.com/audio/listen/186534
So someone on Newgrounds made a remix, which got posted on YouTube by someone else, then used in a Team Fortress 2 modpack and as part of a...
This fascinated me enough to dig a little deeper, with how much it doesn't sound like a track Nintendo would ever approve of for any game, let alone Wario... but all I've found is a separate upload from around the same year (albeit some months...
According to an old revision on The Cutting Room Floor Wiki, a vaguely Mario esque song was originally present on the official site for Wario Land: Shake It under the name 'Plumber's Cave':
