Hmm, none of the characters I'd say are really both. Maybe Rulue for hottest just because no one else really fits the bill since most of the cast is more young/cute than hot and I'm not into guys. Maybe Draco to an extent also. For cutest I'd probably say Amitie,Yu,Rider,Chico, and Feli mainly going off of personality.

Puyo Puyo has always had some very squeeful characters.

The artstyle since Sonic Team took over didn't help much.

Also, it's true, the art style reminds me too much of those crappy shows all over Cartoon Network. At least it's gotten a little better.

I listed the ones that I thought were cute at least in my opinion. There's also people who find the guys cute like Sig,Klug,Lemres,Schezo.
