Oh, boy, have you been behind on the news. Gawker is the news outlet that leaked a sex tape of Hulk Hogan, recorded and released without his knowledge or permission, in which he made some rather racist comments. Now, I'm not certainly defending him for the contents of the tape, but I feel like that's a very clear invasion of personal privacy. So for the sake of legal integrity, I'm rather glad he won. The damage to his reputation is punishment enough.

I heard about the tape and the racist comments yeah, didnt know the name of the company or that he took them to court, but am kinda glad he won, yeah. Not that I support racist comments, but hes definitely not gonna get anything out of his wrestling career now.
