Bubbly Clouds

Tough question. The Kirby games have so many good themes, but I think my favourite one has to be Butter Building. It fits so many location, from gigantic brick towers to elaborate palaces to beautiful forests, and it's really catch too.

A second place might be reserved for Rainbow Resort from the same game. It's a very beautiful and soothing piece of music that really expresses feelings of coldness, melancholy and drowsyness at the same time. There's ʙᴛᴡ also this hauntingly beautiful instrumental cover:


From other games, I think Candy Constellation from The Amazing Mirror is the best. Sounds really... spacey.
Either that one, or Radish Ruins. When I was younger, I always fantasized myself to be some kind of Indiana Jones when running through the corridors of the Radish Ruins.

Rainbow Resort is a quite good choice. Candy Constellation is also sounding pretty neat.

Edit (didn't see it at first): Oh yeah, Butter Building has always been up there. In fact, Bubbly Clouds only took its #1 spot in the last couple of years.

Pretty much the entire OST of Return to Dreamland and Epic Yarn, I particularly like Aurora Area, Sky Tower, Lava Landing, Cool Cave, and Melody Town.

I'm a fan of all things Epic Yarn myself. I rather like Blub-Blub Ocean, Mushroom Run, Dark Manor, and Water Land
