Come to think of it, they're the only ones whose themes are most prevalent throughout the whole series? Everyone else only had them for the OG WarioWare and DIY, but had them under control schemes for the rest of the series.

I'd be on board for the Pirates stage. Captain Wario can direct his minions towards any of the characters playing to shoot arrows at them, and they must avoid them. Anyway, if there were to be another mode like Smash Run or Adventure or whatever, a few enemies like....Fronks. Along with...

Wario does it all the time for his own microgames (with a few exceptions), but should there be microgames that involve any of the other characters in the series? A bunch where Mona, Jimmy, and the others do stuff? I mean, Smash tried it once: Sort of.

When are we gonna hear more about this game anyway? Sometime around E3? ...We don't even have a logo for it yet, do we?

Maybe with full voice-acting this time, we'll finally get to find out who was behind all their voices once and for all.

Needless to say, I feel the same way about it all myself. I have no idea what any of it meant either, nor did I see any meaning behind it. What do we even call this?

Yeah, it was a whole different beast when Tingle got his own spin-off games. What Ashley got during this "era" was all just relatively minor. And wasn't it with Nikki most of the time, despite Swapnote being dead at that point?

I mean, yeah, this was all mostly a Japan thing when it happened, which isn't surprising anyway. But it will never change the fact that she's still just a random character in the series who doesn't actually do anything special.

Yeah, hence what I was getting at with those questions. But that hasn't happened again since.....that one. And even the JP boxart of that was just Wario. And I meant that in terms of throwing just her onto it alongside Wario with a blatant "Ashley's in this game!" next to her, or her hogging...

In the meantime, just ask yourselves these: 1. Do we see Wario openly praise Ashley and give her a promotion? 2. Does she try to kill (or star-KO) any of the other characters? 3. Does she get her own “Ashley-themed” set of microgames? 4. Does she appear on the boxart of these games? Unless any...

That's kind of a stretch. I'm not quite seeing it.

Seeing Rick/Kine/Coo in Star Allies "shapeshift" into one another reminds me of that Rhythm Heaven amalgam character(s?) idea I had once for Smash.
