I wish we'd get Wario's explorer hat or mini Wario's hair style as costumes. I'd probably use explorer Wario a lot just because Land was the first GB I ever played when I learned what a Game Boy even was.

I have to know why they're not showing off amiibo information. At the very least they could say the Smash Wario is compatible (what else could it be?) so either amiibo do something really cool/surprising (or, knowing this series, make a giant fart cloud cover the screen while Wario laughs at...

I think people are getting confused. The general idea I've seen is that Daisy is just a skin you toggle to through Peach's colors. Going by the way echo fighters were described, I'm like 90% sure Daisy is going to have her own slot. Lucina and Dark Pit aren't going to suddenly be toggle options...

You know as well as I do that it's never enough for some people. I've seen a lot of people that think Wario should act like he did in 90s American advertising: a villain. They outright ignore that he's always been "gross funny man" in Japanese media.

That's one of the cutest pictures of Penny I have ever seen, and I would enjoy seeing more of them. I'm guessing that is a placeholder name to make people curious.

I've seen ROM hacks of Mario games that replace him with Sonic, Pikachu, whoever you can think of, but you'd think the same would happen with Wario Land eventually. I've never seen anything, though. Do they exist? I think even replacing Wario with Mario would be interesting.

According to some friends who know Japanese, the new girl is named just that: "Girl." I still think she's the reason 9-Volt has hearts in his cutscene. Her "name" makes me think she's a one-time character, but why would she be on the box art if that was the case? You can't type a video game...

Why would it bother you so much that a video game character makes it into a video game? It's as if you would want people to feel bad for wanting her in it (which I know weren't your words in the slightest, but it's how I would take it.)
