Maybe I'm just old fashioned or something, but walkthrough videos just never worked for me as a concept. They were a useful concept on occasion, but I find it hard to sit through someone taking their sweet time with a game and constantly talking about everything in the most over the top way possible.
At least with an old fashioned guide you can skim through, quickly scan the page and get what you need as efficiently as possible.
And that's how the internet feels in general now. Everything is so slow compared to the old days. Content split into dozens of social media posts or inefficiently posted on Discord servers, livestreams that go on forever and feel like hours spent with the most annoying people in the world, a lack of any way to just get the information you want without some rando's life story...
It just feels so goddamn tedious. Do people really prefer this?
What do you think?
