You know the drill, get out you soft-modded PSP or Vita and BOOM. You have a emulator box made quicker than a cup of instant noodles in the microwave.
But of course, that´s not the whole story with hacking your hand held or home console. Where theirs convenience, there´s cheating and piracy, and all that nonsense.
This, more or less, is just a thread about the convenience (and dangers) of modding you games console to do anything with it. Making it do this it was never meant to do, Running code it was suppose to, making backup of games. The home-brew scene. And all that good stuff. ya know?
Even something like a overdrive for older consoles or r4 cards for the ds/3ds. Take tons of games with you, without having to take a bunch of blocks of plastic taking up space and getting stuck in between the seats in your mom's car. End the digging is say! End it!
How 'bout you? What your story? What games did you cheat on? What emulators do you have? What console(s) did you hack/mod? What homebrew games do you like to play?
Anything goes baby.
Anything.
