Crescent Moon Village... in mobile game style?

I just came across this in a SMW ROM hack called 'Meiredent's Adventure - 2014 edition':

It seems to be a pretty neat 'app store' style version of Crescent Moon Village from Wario Land 4! Which makes some sense, the guy who made the graphics here originally used ripped graphics from that level. But damn, it looks pretty neat if you ask me. Makes me want to see a whole Wario Land title in the style...

You can only wish for an app store game as original and interestingly drawn as this. Most platformers there seem to be 'my first experience with game maker and adobe flash'

Seems like your typical Crescent Moon Village/ Yoshi's Island mood (looks more like a YI graphics ripped game than WL4 tbh). Like a darker version of the Prince Froggy level or the Ice Worlds giant scum thing with a heart.
