Basically, they've bought a copy of WarioWare Twisted, think it weighs suspiciously much/little and want someone to weigh their legitimate copy of WarioWare Twisted to see if their game is genuine.
"I bought WarioWare Twisted used and the weight seems a little suspicious, so it would be cool if someone with a not-so new copy could weight it and tell me what it is" (it's broken, very clearly google-translated french though)

Hard to understand, but I think what Mona Pizza is saying is that they've tested their game, it doesn't weigh the same as a legitimate copy of the game and they suspect it's a fake copy.

I've legit never seen anyone have the exact weight of a GBA game, only approximations. Definitely not seen anyone come forward before with the weight of Warioware Twisted officially
