The implications that Quest in the Dark holds for 9-Volt as a character at least from my point of view still sickens me. He's just perpetually in there after you play his stage over and over again with absolutely no end in sight and he was suffering the entire time. Literally it almost makes me not want to play it but then I have to because it's literally 9-Volt... As his sister, how could I not? At the same time I feel really bad. He's afraid. He's shaking. He's alone. He's not just afraid he's petrified.I know this is comparable to that of 5-Volt's spectral projection, but even then, that's something 9-Volt is used to. He didn't expect this in the slightest.
I could be reading into this too deep because I'm just an insane person on the internet, but the voice delivery AND the overall content of Quest in the Dark; both it's cutscenes and actual stages, lead me to believe 9-Volt is actually nyctophobic? (More on this later.)
Y'all can disagree with me I really don't mind but really these have been my thoughts ever since the release of Warioware Move It
