Is the inactivicy here a first ?

So as I was looking through old threads, I've seen people say that activicy kinda bounces and down on this site so I was wondering : Has Wario Forums ever experience this much inactivicy or is this the first time the site has been so quiet ?

I would assume it goes quiet a fair bit considering forums are a dying breed of communication.

Eh it's been quiet a fair few times in the past. It mostly gets active when a new batch of active people find the site, and dies down when that doesn't happen (or when Nintendo doesn't announce anything remotely Wario related).

Ehh, forums arent necessarily a dying breed, as I am on a few that are incredibly active to this day. I think if this were a forum dedicated to Nintendo overall and not just Wario, it would probably have more people posting.

I wanted to know to see if the site had chances of coming back. Forums are obviously not as popular as they used to be and it being about a spin-off series may add to that. But I feel like the reason most people aren't on forums is that they'd rather use social media or simply never thought of being in a forum. Honestly, I'm just hoping forums comeback in general, I kinda opened my eyes about how much I enjoy them recently. Also I hope Nintendo releases something new Wario related, if they just release exclusively WarioWare with nothing else, I'm afraid the Wario fanbase may rot unless it somehow sustains itself.

I'm old enough to remember when nearly every singer, actor, game, or movie had a dedicated fan site with forums. It was great to find a niche forum where a small community could come together and get to know one another. I miss those days, but there are still plenty of forums out there if you look hard enough.
