Mega Party Game$ extra cutscenes

If you've played the GCN release, you'll remember that it had these weird cutscenes:



Does anyone know what the heck the meaning of all this is? What's going on? Who's trying to do what? What's this "Super Show"? Of all the human disguises Orbulon opted for, why a hooker?

It's the ¨story¨ of Mega Party Game$. This title has no cutscenes for each of the characters, but some kind of plot for the whole game.
This is also the first time we see Dribble and Spitz's taxi flying.

None of this makes any sense. What story are they trying to tell here?
