In simple terms, make your signature fit into 250px or less, otherwise anything past that gets cut off.
I didn't want to do this, but unfortunately, some people seem to think having signatures significantly longer than many posts is a good idea, and it doesn't look great when said signatures add 3/4/5 pages to the length of the page you're viewing.
