All the other bosses seem to have a ghost like form and are presumably connected to the Golden Diva or Princess Shokora in some way (see ChanceTime's comic for example).
But Spoiled Rotten? She/it seems to still be alive in the traditional sense, just happens to be a giant eggplant thing with no real connection to anything else (her minions are an enemy variant never seen elsewhere in the game) and there's even an implication the thing's been playing Nintendo games for the last however many centuries (see the Gamecube on top of the TV).
So what is this thing?
