Looks like it could be simmilar to the one in Wario land 4...... but who knows, it might be a different one

Both pyramids from WL4 (according to the newspaper) and WWDIY are found in the jungle. The art style differs quite a bit so they aren't at a similar location I'm sure. I keep thinking it's all just in the game because all the microgames are dropped in before the scene. If it is real then all the treasure is being put in stores so no need for Wario to loot it.
