More Wario smilies would definitely be nice to see. The only issue is that I suck at working with images, so I'd need someone who can take various characters and make emoticons based on them.

What ones would people here want specifically? I assume the WarioWare cast, main Wario Land villains (Captain Syrup, Rudy the Clown, Golden Diva, Shake King, Black Jewel, Terrormisu), popular NPCs (Princess Shokora, Queen Meralda, Count Cannoli, Carpaccio) and a few others would be a given, but any other ideas?
